When I went into the store I was unsure as to what I was looking for, all I knew for sure was the measurements. To make things even more challenging I walked in 15 minutes before closing.
Needless to say, I have come to expect very little to no customer service in Calgary, which was the extreme opposite in this store. I was treated as though I was spending millions. I can’t say enough about these guys, I was given over the top customer service, never rushed, every question answered with patience and knowledge. Even when I returned the extra product, they treated me with the same (high) level of customer service.
