Never underestimate the power of Special Ordering product just for you. While we stock thousands of products, we never feel limited to sell you what’s already on the shelf, and our pros love the challenge of tracking down something unique. In fact, we use it to spot new trends and find new things to add to our regular product lines.

At TimberTown, we can special-order almost any product you haven’t already seen on this website. Some of these could be from brands we don’t regularly carry, but others could be product lines within our existing suppliers’ brands. For example, if you have some incredible vision of a disco-style in-home bar, and need cool, shiny finishings to set it all off, don’t hesitate to ask our Pros. We’ve done everything from siding to shiplap, roof materials, stone, tiles, exotic door hardware and more.

Many products can be sourced within a few days or a week. Very unusual items which require import may take 4 – 6 weeks. Your TimberTown Pro will ensure you’re aware of the timelines so you can choose your special-order items wisely.
