At TimberTown, we special-order hardware, and many other brands/styles of composite decking such as Deckorators, Fiberon, Moisture Shield, Lanai, and Zuri.
Having been in business for over 40 years, TimberTown has honed our product line to include the products that people in Alberta most often demand. That said, we have built excellent relationships with our suppliers, and can quickly access far more kinds of products than what you see on this website, or even in our stores. Most of our special-order materials are brought in within about a week, but highly unusual items may take 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. Our Pros will inform you as to estimated delivery before you place your order.
Would I need a deposit?
Yes, for special order items, we do require a payment upfront.
Why special order from TimberTown - why not go somewhere else?
Because although the item may not be regularly stocked, our relationship with the supplier has been built for decades. This means if anything goes wrong with the product, we are there to back you up. While we do like to sell our stocked material, we love bringing in other materials and seeing what’s new. Special order also helps us evolve our stocked product line to new trends. And we really can bring in almost any product for you.
