Can't find the floor you are looking for, or have you seen another product on a website that’s not available in Alberta? Feel free to send your wish list to us here at TimberTown; our extensive vendor list may make it possible for us to find the flooring you seek. Not only can we special order the flooring itself, but we can also order the trim and finishing – such as stair nosing and matching air vents.
Many products can be sourced within a few days or a week. Very unusual items which require import may take 4 – 6 weeks. Your TimberTown Pro will ensure you’re aware of the timelines so you can choose your special-order items wisely.
Yes, for special order, a deposit is required.
