TimberTown has been supplying lumber to Alberta homeowners and contractors Since 1981. With lumber yards in Calgary, Edmonton, and Canmore – we have the materials you need to complete your project. Our business began with a commitment to supply Alberta with quality lumber. We are proud to operate multiple lumber yards across Alberta today.

Softwood Lumber

TimberTown carries Spruce lumber, which is used for framing and many other general construction projects.  We also carry MicroPro® Sienna Treated and Pinnacle® Cedar, both are used for outdoor projects such as decks and fences. We also carry a selection of Fir boards and trim, in both Vertical Grain and mixed grain, suitable for interior finishing. Fir is a very popular choice, and coordinates with many interior designs.

Hardwood Lumber

We carry a variety of Hardwood finishing lumber and trim, suitable for your interior finishing projects. Selection may vary by store, but a few of our available options include Oak, Maple and Aspen. We would be happy to help you find other species you may be looking for.

Plywood

Our selection of exterior use plywood includes Spruce – both Standard and Select, as well as Fir – Good one side (G1S), Standard & Select tongue and groove (T&G). TimberTown also carries OSB (Oriented Strand Board), which can be used for exterior sheathing.

Hardwood Plywood is used for many interior finishing projects from kitchen cabinets to stair risers. We have thicknesses from 1/8″ through 3/4″, in Birch, Oak and Maple, as well as 1/4″ in American Cherry, Walnut, and Brazilian Cherry.  Available in both Domestic and Imported grades, you will notice differences in quality and price. Our North American made Hardwood plywood will be sure to satisfy the most savvy user. On a budget?
