It's not a wonder that a fella with a background in construction, a Psychology degree, and former career in air traffic controlling has made us an outstanding store manager. Pat loves his team, and the fact that the Albertan ownership at TimberTown cares about creating work/life balance that retains staff over the long haul. When he's not on deck at TimberTown, you might find him out doing "air traffic control" with his dogs - that is, game bird hunting in the bush!
