Aaron literally grew up in the business, counting inventory as a kid, and cleaning the stores with a toothbrush. Always in motion, he also worked as a flight instructor, (like psychology but in a cockpit), before joining full-time in 2004. Maybe this is why the guy is as solid as a good hardwood and so great with people. He also rides his bicycle to work every day regardless of the weather...yep, even at -30 or colder! He loves that TimberTown appreciates and accommodates unique staff, which is what keeps this mover-and-shaker always motivated.
