What are the grades of solid hardwood? We offer three grades of solid planks, which vary based on the natural imperfections in the wood itself.

• Select & Better: Includes mineral streaks, pin knots, and nuanced colour variations.
• Builder: Includes character marks, colour variation, mineral streaks, pin knots, small filled knots, and micro cracks.
• Tavern: Includes open knots and defects, colour variation, micro cracks, mineral streaks, pin knots, and board lengths as short as 8”.
