Like many Canadian businesses, TimberTown is committed to providing a sanitary environment for both our staff, contractors, and customers. We are asking that customers limit their contact with our products and encourage them to take home free samples of flooring and decking to aid with physical distancing while in our stores. For assistance with door displays, mouldings, hardware, or other accessories, staff are available to provide demonstrations and assist with purchases. Guidelines have been placed on the floor around the counters to ensure appropriate distancing between customers and sales staff, with frequent disinfecting of communal surfaces such as POS machines, countertops, and door handles.
As a locally owned and operated business, TimberTown will abide by the direction of Health Canada to ensure that we are able to continue to provide a safe environment for our valued community.
