First of, know that I am in the service industry and as we all know, it is really hard nowadays to get quality staff that genuinely care and want to assist their customer.
We are renovating a condo and lost our contractor so we had to take on much of the work to organize workers and have various people do various jobs. One of these jobs is replacing doors, baseboards and casings, install, etc.
